Position Overview
. Manages sourcing and pre-screening process
. Manages social media handles and online presence
. Consults and collaborates with team in supporting sales goals
. Provides day-to-day office and administrative support for team
Essential Responsibilities
Sourcing (70%)
. Spearhead sourcing projects
. Create email campaigns and email blasts
. Make cold and warm calls to candidates
. Use social media to attract talent
. Post Job Descriptions in FOX and send out to job boards
. Consult with team about bill rates, pay rates and other critical details of job descriptions
. Access job boards (Career Builder, Indeed, Dice and FOX) to find talent
. Conduct Boolean searches in job board platforms mentioned above
. Prescreen job board applicants and respond accordingly in recruiting process
. Review resumes to identify skills and draw conclusions about candidates regarding goodness of fit
. Find creative ways to attract new talent (Networking events, relationship mapping, social media etc.)
. Attend networking events
. Organize, maintain and document candidate interactions
. Follow up with candidates as necessary via phone and email
. Conduct and document initial conversations and in-depth interviews with viable candidates
. Participate in job launch conference calls with clients
. Complete official submissions to clients via email, ADP, Fieldglass and other VMS tools
Social Media (15%)
. Create content on social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
. Control the social media handles mentioned above by growing followers, likes, comments and number of content views
. Collaborate with team to identify trends and hot topics in IT, Healthcare as relevant to Nashville or the Experis brand
. Research and find creative, intriguing and relevant content in the IT and Healthcare arena
. Create weekly LinkedIn posts for the team (This content should easily translate to Instagram, Twitter and Facebook)
Administrative Responsibilities (15%)
. Format resumes in Microsoft Word
. Format Job Descriptions and post to FOX and job boards
. Schedule phone calls, phone interviews and on-site/off site interviews
. Maintain a filing system for candidate conversations and resumes
. Organize, track and submit Expense Reports
. Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
. Ability to contribute personality and presence to a fun yet hard-working work environment
. Experience, education or interest in Information Technology or Healthcare
. Self-starter attitude
. Highly motivated to contribute to the office’s needs and growth
. Ability to manage time independently
. Ability to consult and collaborate with team members on various projects
. Comfortable executing cold and warm phone calls
. Excellent written and verbal communication
Helpful Skills
. Basic to advanced IT and Healthcare terminology
. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Microsoft One Drive, and Google Drive
. Experience in Customer Relationship Management databases (CRM)
. Experience using VMS tools: Fieldglass and ADP
