Responsibilities

  • Provides practical knowledge of established clerical or technical procedures and requirements.
  • Gathers data through a variety of methods, such as, interviews, surveys, references, and historical records.
  • Provides support for outreach communications; coordinating and developing agendas for conferences. Coordinating  with a variety of individuals both within and outside of the Agency.
  • Maintain database of records.
  • Reviews contract invoices for accuracy and conformance to standards and regulations.
