Operations Strategy Intern



About Realplay:

Realplay's mission is to bring professional video systems and analytical capabilities to baseball and softball athletes currently competing in high school and college leagues.

Our platform provides generated, edited, and curated game videos for players, coaches, and scouts. Players can view and post game content, and solicit feedback from coaches and recruiters. Recruiters and coaches in turn gain access to a centralized content hub where they can evaluate player performance and enhance their decision making in a cost-effective manner.

Our operations are multi-faceted, and require an operations team that is flexible in their capabilities during the summer season.

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member

- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)

- A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills

- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education

- Ownership of access to a car preferred

Responsibilities:

 The first role of all operations interns is filming and recording games: this means attending games when scheduled, setting up, testing, and operating the summer cameras. It also includes recording the score and results on the scorecard accurately, and transporting the video and data from the field to editing storage bay.

The second role is editing and tagging video accurately. The third is to gather customer and general feedback on the product through surveys and other forms of information gathering.
