Digital Marketing Intern

The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for providing support and execution of all integrated media campaigns to drive traffic and sales to Express Stores and Express.com while learning the strategy and roles digital marketing provides to lead Express brand awareness, consumer engagement and sales.
 
Opportunities 
  • Assist Digital Media Managers in the development of the optimal media campaigns for Affiliates, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), & Display Media campaigns 
  • Communicate pricing and promotional changes, manage the creative process & routing, execute pay-per-click optimizations, develop reporting, and communicate performance
  • Gather and present digital trend data (Google, Pinterest & YouTube) for optimization & opportunity identification
  • Responsible for day to day vendor execution, message strategy and communication to vendors & customers
  • Update weekly links, traffic creative and monitor customer marketing communications through search, display & affiliate marketing
  • Analyze reporting for campaign optimization, ad copy structuring & cost savings opportunities
  • Development of cross-channel competitive research
  • Opportunity to become certified in Google Ad Products 
Requirements 
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week during Summer 2019
  • Competitive GPA
  • MBA or undergraduate students in marketing or communications
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
  • Web and digital marketing savvy with an awareness of digital marketing platforms
  • Experience working with web analytic tools, preferably Omniture and intermediate Excel reporting a plus (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
