Client Delivery Specialist Intern

Client Delivery Specialist – Onsite

Estimated dates: 9/2017 – 1/2018                                                                            Flexible hours

 

Job Summary:

Responsible for the coordination of company staffing program(s) including customer service and interfacing with associate suppliers. Will serve as a backup contact for the Client Delivery Program Manager as needed.

 

Essential Duties (not necessarily in order of importance):

Systems Related Activities:

·         Coordinate administrative activities

  • Assist with open order management as needed
  • Releasing candidates in Work Nexus
  • Work through assigned tickets
  • Daily review of offer and hire views
  • Review timesheets by status to ensure all are submitted as needed
  • Send out weekly, monthly and quarterly communications and needed

Compliance:

·         Review and action the candidates in Background screenings to confirm that all processes are moving as they should

·         Follow up with managers when a timesheet or expense report is still awaiting approval

·         Email notification to suppliers and managers, based on active WO without TS report, asking for a status on the employee

·         Weekly check on Work order Modifications that need to be processed

·         Review work order expiration report and update managers with necessary actions

 

Other Duties:

·         Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures

 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

·         Outstanding customer service skills;

·         Ability to work independently;

·         Financial or analytical job experience is a plus

Skill Development:

-          Reporting: being able to understand the importance of creating, running, organizing, analyzing, and taking action on reporting data to ensure that all workers, suppliers, and hiring managers are in compliance with SLAs and other guidelines

-          Reviewing resumes: Being able to analytically review resumes and decide if candidates appear to be a good fit for requisitions based on a position’s qualifications and the worker’s previous work experience

-          Learning the full cycle of the Talent Acquisition process

-          Improving teamwork skills, writing and speaking abilities

Personal Development:

-          Customer service skills

-          Sitting onsite with a customer in professional business environment
